At ZENARIK, we want you to love your fragrance experience. If you’re not satisfied, we offer limited returns in accordance with the policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to hygiene and product integrity, we can only accept returns for:

  • Unopened and unused products
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • In original packaging and resaleable condition

We do not accept returns of:

  • Opened, used, or sampled perfumes
  • Discovery sets
  • Sale or promotional items

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at hello@zenarik.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions if your item is eligible

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • We’ll notify you by email when your refund is processed

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us immediately at hello@zenarik.com with photos of the issue
  • We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
